Movie Summary :- This films starts with Dr. Jhatka, Ghasitaram and Inspector Chingum clicking pictures of Saint Petersburg, Russia. They were on vacation. Inspector Chingum asks one person for the most beautiful✨ place nearby. He tolds that place to be Romanica but he also warns that Romanica is the village of  ghosts👻. Then scene shifts and we see some ghosts👻 talking about a tree🌳. Then comes Captain Glodius, main villain of this movie who takes control of a navy ship🚢 full of explosives and plans to destroy Saint Petersburg. He says that along with Saint Petersburg that tree will also be destroyed.

Everyone was alarmed about danger and panicked, when Motu Patlu take entry in scene. Dr. Jhatka👨‍⚕  gives them suit of Superheroes and they together save the city.

Here, after his failure Captain Glodius was enraged. One of his followers ask why he don't go and destroy the tree himself. He is ruler👑 of  Alien planet 👽🌍 . Why don't they rule there. Glodius tells them that a ghost named Entonio tried to do so but Tree of Energy sucked all his powers and forced him to live like a normal man👷. He also says that even though he is ruler👑 of Alien Planet but not the supreme leader who is Walter also known as Supremo Walter. If Tree of Energy is destroyed then his opponents will become powerless. He plans to us Motu as tree can't harm humans. 

Here Dr. Jhatka👨‍⚕  who didn't believed in ghosts takes everyone to Romanica. In Romanica ghosts👻 take form of human on command of Walter but they also scare everyone except Motu. Everyone runs away but Patlu plans to go back but this time⌚  ghosts👻 didn't let then enter again. 

As you know about apetite of Motu, he has great wish to eat samosas. Glodius took it's advantage and ask Motu to sign in on a paper in turn of Samosas and controls him.
